Intended Learning Outcomes

At the session,
  participants will increase

  1. Leadership content knowledge in Mathematics
  2. Knowledge  of what effective teaching and learning looks like in Mathematics
  3. Knowledge to create a culture of learning
After the session, participants will
  1. develop leadership capacity for implementing the Renewed Mathematics Strategy
  2. Understand  and experience an inquiry approach that supports the ongoing monitoring of Mathematics Leadership and Learning.

Some participants will also be working towards Primary/Junior Part 1 AQ, which will be completed by December 8, 2017.

This network will also provide an opportunity for participants to interact with some of the most renowned  research experts currently in the field such as; Dr. Marion Small, Dr. Alex Lawson, Dr. David Tranter, Connie Quadrini, Moses Velasco and others as critical friends as we  move along our Leadership and Math journey.
