Our students are tomorrow’s engineers and designers. Robots in the classroom provide the opportunity to stimulate higher order thinking and to incorporate STEM education. This session will focus on design, game strategy and programming. We will discuss how to layer coding & robotics into a variety of  Curriculum areas and 21st Century Competencies. Educators can use these tools to assess and to enhance student led inquiry. Participants will also gain insight for running robotic clubs and teams for competition. Our tools will include: Vex Robots, Makeblock mBots, Lego Ev3’s & Lego WeDo’s. No experience necessary!
