Plan: To investigate how well locally developed/workplace pathways prepare students for post-secondary education.
Action: High school educators collaborated with college professors to examine high school pathways through the investigation of course content and curriculum expectations.
Reflect: The locally developed/workplace math skills align with the numeracy skills needed for many college trade programs, especially apprenticeships. This pathway can lead to student success in the workplace as well as in post secondary education.
