Welcome to Mindful Facilitation: Learning, Listening and Leading in Online Spaces!

Professional learning is increasingly available online and this affords us unique opportunities and challenges for learning, leading or teaching in virtual spaces. In this self-directed course, participants will learn effective techniques for online facilitation and will deepen their understanding about how to support collaboration in virtual spaces. Principles of cognitive and evocative coaching, appreciative inquiry, as well as structures and protocols that develop authentic and rich collaboration and communication in online learning communities, will be the focus.

This course, facilitated by educators Brenda Sherry and Peter Skillen and begins Monday, August 15 and runs until the end of September. It is self-directed and participants can join at any time.

To join in the learning, remember to become a member of TeachOntario and fill out the registration form below. Visit the course space here.
